What to Expect During Your Appointments
The first step is to settle on a smile design. Drs. Lee start by listening to you, to get an understanding of what you want your smile to look like, including your preferences for the shape and color of your teeth. You’ll be able to review pictures of your proposed smile design. They’ll discuss with you the type of personality you want to project with your smile. Do you want it to appear warm and soft? Do you want to come across as bold? Aggressive? Mature? Sexy? All of these factors go into designing your smile.
Sometimes no preparation of the teeth will be required. If preparation is required, your teeth will be very lightly shaved to prepare them for veneers, so the end result won’t look bulky. Based on your input and the dentist’s professional experience, temporary veneers will be made and applied to your teeth.
Only when you’re happy with the appearance of the temporaries will your case be sent to the ceramist. Impressions of them will be made and sent to the ceramist as a guide for creating your customized smile design.
When your veneers are ready, you’ll return to our office. They will be placed with a try-in paste so that you can preview exactly how they will look on your teeth. If you don’t absolutely love how they look, they’ll be sent back to the ceramist. That is our beautiful smile guarantee.
